Black Friday Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: The campaign is open to all verified SkyPrivate members. Only pay-per-minute (PPM) calls made during the campaign period are eligible for the promotional price. No voucher, promo code, or minimum top-up is required.

2. Agreement to Terms: By participating in this campaign and benefiting from its rewards, members acknowledge that they have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to the campaign’s Terms and Conditions and the general Terms and Conditions of SkyPrivate.

3. Campaign Period: The campaign is scheduled to run for 24 hours — from November 28, 2025, at 00:00 (UTC+1) — with the possibility of being extended by an additional 12 hours at SkyPrivate’s discretion.
   
   IMPORTANT: The promotional price is available for up to 30,000 total discounted minutes.
   
   The campaign will automatically end when either:

   • the 30,000‑minute limit is reached, or

   • the time limit expires, whichever happens first.

4. Campaign Details: During the campaign period, all PPM calls will be charged at a flat price of $0.69/minute, regardless of the model's set price. This is a time-limited Black Friday promotion and applies to all members and all models.

5. Conditions & Limitations: All time references are based on Central European Time (UTC+1). The offer applies only to pay-per-minute (PPM) calls. Prepaid calls are not included; their pricing remains at the model’s standard price. During the campaign, the “minimum call duration” feature will be temporarily disabled. Members will be charged strictly based on the actual call duration, at the promotional price of $0.69/minute. The promotional price cannot be extended, paused, or transferred. The offer does not apply retroactively to calls made before the campaign period. The promotional price is supported by SkyPrivate, which covers the difference between the member’s payment and the model’s full price. SkyPrivate is not responsible for delays or connection issues caused by third-party services, such as internet providers or platform outages.

6. Refund Policy: If a member requests a refund for a transaction made under the promotional price, the refund will be issued based on the amount actually paid, not the model’s regular price after the campaign ends. SkyPrivate reserves the right to deny refunds if there is any suspicion of fraud, such as repeated refund requests. In such cases, accounts may be reviewed, and access to future campaigns may be restricted.

7. Organizer Rights: The sole organizer of this campaign is SkyPrivate.com. SkyPrivate reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice. Any abuse of the campaign terms, such as attempts to exploit the system, may result in removal from the campaign and further action.
